Please note, we offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $100!
1. Shipping Methods and Options
We offer several shipping methods to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner:

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-6 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM pacific time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
- Free Local delivery within 30km of 149 Ingram Street #101, Duncan, BC & a minimum order of $35

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-9 business days.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship products within Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
