How to get a list of medications you are on for tax season?
We supply a print out, for prescription receipts. Just come in and we will give it to you.

We accept various insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card and check with the pharmacy staff for details.
What are your hours of operation on weekdays?
Our pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
How can I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy?
To transfer your prescription, simply provide the new pharmacy with your current prescription details, including the name of your previous pharmacy and the prescription number, if possible. Our staff will handle the transfer process for you. It usually takes just a few minutes!
How should I store my medications?

Are you a compounding pharmacy?
No, we are not a compounding pharmacy; however, we are able to custom order compounded prescriptions for you.

If you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction (like rash, itching, or difficulty breathing), seek medical help immediately. Inform your healthcare provider about the reaction.
Can I get a refill on my prescription?
Refills depend on the medication and your doctor's instructions. Check your prescription label for refill information, or consult your pharmacist.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver for free, as long as you are in our service regions. We currently deliver to Duncan, Lake Cowichan, Chemainus, Ladysmith, Cobble Hill, Mill Bay, and most of the Malahat.

Yes, we offer free blister packing of medications to help with organization and adherence. Ask your pharmacist for more information on this service.
