Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Refunds
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Perishable goods
- Ideal Protein Products
- Opened Products
- Hygiene Products: Items like toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, and other personal grooming products that have been opened or used.
- Cosmetics: Skincare, makeup, or beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Medical Supplies: Items like bandages, syringes, masks, or other disposable medical items.
- Incontinence Products: Diapers, pads, or catheters (especially once opened).
- Pharmaceutical Products: Over-the-counter drugs (even unopened due to regulatory reasons).
Return Process

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Packaging: Please pack your return securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Store Credit Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your store credit within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
