I called to see if my prescription was ready, greeted very nicely on the phone. Went in to smiling people who actually had it ready and in only a few hours from them getting it. My previous place took days and even then I'd have to go back.

My family has been getting prescriptions through Ingram for almost 35 years. I went elsewhere and it just wasn't the same, I like that they know my name and remember my family and know the medicines I usually need. That personal touch, not just another number, or sale and there's been times when I couldn't pick up my medicine and needed it, they offer delivery which is also nice
